Thursdays, November 14-21 | 6:30-9 p.m.

Learn how to make mini-sculpture creations out of paper clay! Clay will be pre-made for students, but instructions will be given on how to make your own at home. The first class will focus on sculpting our new friends (you can also mold pieces that can be made into jewelry, or ornaments!). Then, after the clay creations have fully tired over the next week, we will meet back up to paint and decorate our creations! This class is a fun way to learn more about eco-friendly artmaking and turning trash into art!

Nicole Gencarelli is an arts administrator and artist based in the Lehigh Valley. Her artistic background is in painting, fiber arts, printmaking, mixed media, and art history. She has an ongoing fiber series of animal skeleton embroideries, which are inspired by her childhood fondness for natural history and natural curiosities. Her work has been exhibited locally and regionally since 2010.
